A sleek, glass-fronted mid-rise building with warm wood accents and planted balconies, each level hosting lush native greenery in deep planters, stands at the center of an urban intersection. At ground level, large transparent windows reveal an active lobby with visible communal spaces, bookshelves, and flexible seating, but no people. Late afternoon natural light reflects off the glass façade while also revealing the interior’s soft, warm LED lighting, casting clean, elongated shadows on the sidewalk. Captured in photographic realism from a slightly elevated, three-quarter angle, the composition follows the rule of thirds, with sharp focus on the building and a gently blurred cityscape beyond. The mood is professional, optimistic, and forward-thinking, emphasizing sustainable, impact-focused real estate within a clean, modern aesthetic.

Capital strategies for high-impact real estate investments

About

Partnering for equitable real estate

I’m Noelle – originally from Camden, New Jersey, now based in Atlanta.

I grew up witnessing the realities of under-resourced communities, so for me, real estate and community development have never just been business…they’re personal. That’s really what drives everything I do today.

I studied Business Economics at Georgia State, and early on I knew I wanted to be on the ownership side of real estate, not just around it. I started my first company, Beautify Atlanta Realty, focused on acquiring and rehabbing single-family homes. From there, I stepped into larger roles as a GP and Director of Investor Relations with RIL Properties, where I got deeper into capital, investors, and how deals actually come together.

I later launched CGR Development Partners, a commercial real estate development consulting firm, which led me to where I am now, building PROVET IMPACT. That’s where I focus on structuring capital and partnering on deals that sit at the intersection of real estate, investment, and impact.

Outside of work, I stay grounded in the community. I serve on the board of House Proud and chair the Finance & Operations Committee, and I’m big on giving back whether that’s through my annual back-to-school drive for girls or supporting local initiatives throughout the year.

At the core of it, I care about building, ownership, and creating real opportunities both through the deals I’m part of and the communities they impact.

Company Profile

PROVET IMPACT was built out of a simple gap I kept seeing – great projects with real impact, but no clear path to the right capital.

Too often, deals are either financially strong but lack intentional impact, or impact-driven but struggle to get capitalized. I built Provet to bridge that gap.

We sit at the intersection of impact and capital helping sponsors and operators not only structure their deals, but position them in a way that attracts the right investors and actually gets them to the finish line.

At PROVET, we don’t treat impact as a side narrative. We underwrite it, structure around it, and use it as part of the value creation. That’s where our approach of what we call PROVE comes in. It’s how we align capital, strategy, and execution from the beginning.

Our work spans everything from capital strategy and financial structuring to investor relations and, in select cases, stepping in as a capital partner at the GP level. We’re not just advising on deals, we’re involved in helping them get done.

Ultimately, PROVET IMPACT is about building a new model, one where capital is more intentional, deals are better structured, and the outcomes create real, lasting value for both investors and communities.

PROVE Model

People

People centers the end user and community because if the project doesn’t create real value for people, it won’t hold long-term value at all.

Resilient Design

Resilient Design looks at durability in the lens of environmental, operational, and financial resilience ensuring assets remain strong adaptive, and future proof.

Opportunity Creation

Opportunity Creation pushes beyond baseline impact, focusing on whether the project expands access, mobility, or economic participation.

Viable Economics

Viable Economics grounds everything in discipline from strong fundamentals, structured returns, and a capital stack that actually works.

Ethics

Ethics ties it together via alignment, transparency, and integrity in how the deal is executed and who it ultimately serves.
